Hello. am trying desperately to find supplier of cropped setts (looking at black basalt or a dark grey, cubes and up to 200mm length). CED, existing supplier (hope okay to mention names) unfortunately do not have the stock and long wait. Can anyone recommend supplier? I would usually travel to see the stuff but happy for supplier anywhere in UK to send split samples. Hope someone can help. Many thanks. Rigby ???
ps please forgive spelling - can't see how to change "cropper" to cropped in topic heading... unfortunate, no jokes please!

Hi Rigby have ced searched all their branches including the Irish ones. Marshalls would stock them surely failing that give London stone paving a try he's a regular on here and has come through for me a few times. I get a lot of stone from Kilkenny Limestone it's lovely stuff and good value. They're irish but do distribute to the UK although groupage delivery can be a killer on price. The only other one I can think of is McMonagle in Donegal but would cut my wee fella off before dealing with them their service is that bad. Buying from Ireland is vat and duty free I know you're looking for a uk supplier but everyone's stock is so low these days you may have to look further afield.
Can't see it from my house
