Mortar mix for cotswold buff slabs

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

im doing a patio and have chosen some cotswold buff slabs but i want the mortar mix to be close in colour to the slabs any advice on how to achieve this.

use easipoint sandstone
this is a very "buff" colour
