To any lurkers considering using the design service as offered by the custodian of this portal, allow me to reassure you the turnaround of service as experienced by myself has been excellent, from providing me with sqm layout, the completed design and run list was issued to me within THREE hours! with the assurance of the hard copy to follow immediately by post

well as regular old farts on here know i have used the gaffer's design service a few times too
(today being the most recent)
the handy thing is instead of buying patio crates you have a specified number of each size flag also the quantities for type 1 ,sand, cement,pointing
all he doesnt do is come and lay it for you :;):
will post before and after pics of the patio and the gaffer can post up the drawing if he wishes,
just in savings in over or underordered flags it more than pays for itself

I got Tony to do a design. To be honest it was a prettty simple design and it may of been possible to do it myself.
Glad I didn't though as I had enough to think about getting all the other stuff right, it was good to have the confidence that the plans WOULD work.
Nothing worse than scratching your head while you've got a batch of bedding mix sitting there going off.
