Anyone ever used Duratech roof windows as an alternative to velux?
I have always used the latter, but these Duratech windows look similar and look to be around half the price!

Or am I missing something?
Any feedback chaps?!!

We tried an alternative a few years ago cant remember the make but
it was a huge fail
never had 1 problem with velux windows over 20 years and maybe 100 windows
saying that they have just changed their flashing kits for small tiles and you have to use some code 4 lead on the bottom flashing
no idea why and have spoke to a few roofers who are also puzzled?

No, never had a problem with velux either, quality stuff.
Just got an extension to build with 3 of the big boys in the roof. Saving approx £600 if I went with the Duratech is obviously appealing! But like normal, if something seems to good to be true, then it usualy is!
