I have a 5m x 5m concrete base which is sound and level and at the bottom of the garden. I have 600mm x600mm slabs to lay on it.
Whats going to be the best way of fixing the slabs? Is a complete covering of sand or motor the best option? If so what ratio shall I use for the mix?

the slab needs to be clean dust free and primed with SBR
I would use a 5:1 grit sand :cement wet mix
if its too dry it wont stick
