Patio drainage

Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

Eh?

You can't drain towards the lawn because there's a wall, and I assume there's another wall on the other side, but what's at the ends? And are there any gullies or inspection chambers?

There is 1 drain at the end, I`m not sure i could create a fall to send the water that way, its 15 ft from the end of the proposed patio. as it would not be a stright fall sort of cross fall, I`m new to this

cheers

So would it be possible to install a new drainage point somewhere near or within the planned patio, and then link it up to the existing drain?
