Quick one for yous. Got 80m of sandstone to point this week and have decided to have a punt on some Romex instead of mortar. It was £27 per 25kg tub so I thought at that price it's worth a try. Anyway I was wondering if anyone had any tips with regards using water to aid joint settlement. Used plenty other products but this one before and I don't want to arse it up. Is it possible to over water it etc or should you just lighty sprinkle it and use the brush for most of the work. Was thinking it would be about half way between slurry pointing and dry brushing.
Cheers,
Paul.

pablo easy point is the entry range
you just open the tin/tub and brush it in
I always go over it with a jointer making sure it is compact in the joints, then brush off with a soft brush
think you might have to mist the joints as well but i prefer the terrasse version you knock up yourself

Will call later Cookie. Tony we've not had a day without rain here since april so the standard brush in method won't work thats why I need to do it with the water in method. The original stuff couldn't go near water but this new stuff can. Cheers.

Used the easy first time was ok but wasn't amazing, then used the drain (dran) was much better and the wash in one. The drain uses a 2 pack resin and felt like a better product than the terrace stuff used first, get yourself a big squeege
