Hi Tony
I told my regular supplier (Builder Centre) today that I would be using Tobermore’s Pedesta on the job we started yesterday and asked if they could match the price I pay for Keyblock to Tobermore’s. The outcome of this was, not a chance. The manager then said he could match Tobermore’s prices with there own brand Centre Block, which himself and I have never seen. He said it was popular in the south but only available in brindle, charcoal and red. The manager was also unable to tell me who manufactures this for them, so I was wondering if you or anyone else had heard of Centre Block and know of there quality? Or is Centre Block news to you too?

New to me, but it may well be a Charcon block. Why not ask him to get samples and we'll take a look?
