Have just had new drive (97sqm) using Brett Alpha Antique 140 x 50mm autumn mix, looks fantastic ahve have used for two days (2 cars) and it looks like Silverstone race track with "skid" type tyre tracks all over it. Is this to be expected? or is it the weather, the drive is very dry and still a bit sandy.
Should I have sealed it? any advice please and or tips how to get rid of the tyre marks. £4500 later and I still cannot aprk on my drive!! :(

Thanks for your comments, spot on about the rain cleared all the trye marks though its now very sandy and gritty. How long would you leave before gentle power wash/hose down?

As for comment on cost whilst it included materials and expert labour the family supplied the muscle!!
