a price is a price
we are all in business to make money
I have a pricing strategy that sees me get a hit rate of 30% of the jobs i price,
i quoted a guy the other night and straight away he started the spiel about his lack of money, recession, loads out of work etc.
so i said "get another 2 quotes and see how we compare"
i wont budge an inch on a fair price if I did it would make it look like a made up price in the first place :;):

Depends upon what she agreed and what they actually did for the money, so if she asked for her Garden to be cleared and X amount of Geo fabric placed around and covered with X amount of Chippings, and they didn't do that, then yes she got done.
Looks a crap job to me, but then I wouldn't recommend doing that anyway, and we don't know the ins and outs of it, so I was only speculating.
Regardless of what the landscapers work load is, they should still do a decent job, sureley.
