Tony ,
finally got cash together for blocks having done all the hard prep-work .
I'm laying the same combination as in the 'Liverpool 'makeover in the Marshalls catalogue.. but . buggers , they havent shown a picture of a corner detail .so ? is there a neat way of cutting the mitres in a double row of Deco , which has got staggered joints , without ending up with a little 1/4 size piece as a fill in .

I can't come up with anything that doesn't have eiother a 1/4 block on the 'outside' of the corner and then one mitred cut through the two course , OR a full block on the outside , then a 1/4 block in the 'inside' corner and then a single mitre cut through just the inner course .. it's the only way i can find of keeping the staggered joints going around the corner.

sorry i can't draw it for you . any help as always much appreciated

Cheers Nigel :)

I'm not sure where this 'Liverpool Makeover' is - a page number might help.

Anyway, here's an image showing two possible solutions...
