Found lots of these small bricks under a drive i am digging up (piccies to follow)
Anyone know what they are used for and why? The top left has a curved edge. the large one is an ordinary fletton for scale.
I thought maybe a fireplace??

My out side bog has curved bricks like the one you have shown at the point the brick work ends where the bog door is. (Don’t use out side bog, house was built in 1871 and the shit house is still standing) A lot of end terraced houses round here have the curved bricks, im guessing it’s just for aesthetical reasons

the two on the left are fireplace bricks
the bullnose is aesthetic
what are they ? 6 by 2 by 3?
i used to do loads of brick fireplaces in the 80s but they went right out of fashion in the early 90s
I am guessing someone had the fireplace ripped out and it was used as hardcore
not in berko is it dan?
last time i laid those diddy bricks they were all the rage in berkhamstead but twice the price of normal bricks
