Anyone read the E-Myth by Michael Gerber? I Got to to the bit about all businesses should have an organizational chart.turns out after i did mine that i am company chairman, managing director, sales and marketing director, human resources manager, health and safety officer, operations manager, fleet manager and office manager. thats all before i even get my hands dirty in my other roles.

doesnt hurt anyone to read self help books bobbi, but in my opinion pen and paper is where the real money is at in the building game,
I like the graft, but its counter productive should be out pricing etc
