Has anyone here tried Marshalls Weatherpoint yet? Is it any good? I've got 35m2 of Marshalls Fairstone Sawn to lay and point over the coming week.

I used it a couple of times during the trials, I used to do some remedial works for Marshalls. It seems pretty good. As far as i know they have test beds that have been down 3 years or so with no discolouration etc. It can be used in very wet conditions and you can store part used tubs by covereing with water. Its sets very hard.just wet the joint brush in trowel it well with a half round iron then brush and rinse off the excess. Having said that I havent used it on my own jobs yet, bit pricy and I am 100% that my mortar pointing will look good five years down the line but cant be 100% sure about Weatherpoint.

It's Marshalls Fairstone Sawn in Golden Sand Multi.

They're not too bad but the 845 x 560's are shaped like bananas and the 275 x 275 are mostly 275 x 270.

Yeah they're not cheap. The prices the client had from Jewsons was:

845 x 560 £25.25+vat
560 x 560 £17.21+vat
560 x 275 £ 8.35+vat
275 x 275 £ 4.12+vat

I think the Weatherpoint was £33+vat

Looks nice now it's done. The Weatherpoint was very easy to do too.
