Hi, Am new to this forum and have absolutely nothing to do with the building/paving/landscaping trade. We had our driveway block paved a while back by a really shoddy company. Anyway the steps are in an awful state so we're having them slabbed. Only thing is the slabs leave a bit of a gap which we wanted some kind of edging for. The builder who's doing it has suggested getting some kind of brick edging (but not block paving which is what is currently there). He's suggested something around the same thickness though.

Any suggestions? I was looking at kerbs but he said they were too high, my other thought is getting some cobble mats. I've got some pictures of the steps but can't figure out how to upload them onto here.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
