my missus has been trying to make some money flogging gear on ebay
anyway between them and paypal you get stuffed for 15-20% of what you sell
now that sellers cannot leave buyers bad feedback it seems all the balls are in the buyers court
she sold a clearly sized dress
buyer said it was too small and demanded a refund and postage to return it???
sold a BNWT coat
buyer said it was the wrong colour and demanded refund plus postage???
sold a coat to someone in romania, was sent recorded but buyer says it hasnt arrived wants full refund
sold a used (i.e.secondhand cardigan) for £1
buyer says its used and wants a refund plus postage
(of course its used you fecktard ,thats why it says SECONDHAND!!!!!)
about 1 in 10 sales go like this,so effectively ebay is like peeshing in the wind
I know MSH was a powerseller but has anyone else found ebay to be more hassle than its worth of late?
BTW i was one of the first uk sign ups,the day i joined there were 3 furbies for sale in the whole of the uk :;):
cheers LLL

We sell quite a bit of stone on ebay, ususally just seconds and odd bits and pieces. So far its been pretty good for us. My brother tried to sell a phone on eBay once and he had to re-post the phone it at least ten times before he could sell it. Everytime he thought he had sold the phone the buyer would turn out to be called William Jones who wanted the phone posting to his daughter who lived in Lagos

paypals only purpose is to extract the urine out of you even more than ebay
I wont pander to these fecktards, they can stick it where the sun dont shine
ppl dont want to pay for postage but when it takes 3 days to get to the outer Hebrides they are emailing you every 30 seconds
leaving threatening emails
karma that is all i am saying

are they thick or something?
its the sellers they earn their dollar from?
1528 positive feedback
1 neutral (from someone who said they were happy but left a neutral for no apparent reason?)
and 2 negatives from 2 pikeys who wanted to keep their second hand clothes but wanted me to refund their money as well
I know there are scammers out there (have met them)
but the ball has rolled completely in to unscrupulous buyers hands
do you still get people trying to rummage in y our boot as you pull in to car boots mark?
i packed them in 10 years ago as all the good gear was gone by 7am
