hello fellas, i hope you are all well and have tough skin on your hands from all the work that you've been doing recently...
just a quick one to ask if there is a section on the site i can use to advertise a new position in my company to fill a recently won contract.
if so it'd be appreciated if a mod can move this thread to the right place.
we are looking for 2 team leaders to run 2-3 men gangs, overseeing all aspects of outdoor hard landscaping, you need to work to the highest standard, and need a good knowledge of slab laying, paving, drainage, softer landscape knowledge a definite bonus. cpcs card also a bonus. driving license essential. you need to be confident at making informed decisions and keeping a team moving towards an end goal.
we are a firm of grafters and early completion of good work is always well rewarded so if you are not prepared to keep up with the rest of the firm this isnt the job for you. no newspaper readers here. but always a good craic.
also looking for hard working labourers with a driving license, we take the time to show everyone how things are done and you would be expected to do a certain amount of on site training, the right lad would consider this a real bonus rather than a hassle. our lads usually end up staying in the firm for years and we are proud of that fact.
