I don't have to worry about the digger as I am digging out by hand, but I do make a point of passing the concrete breaker over to the wife when it starts raining !

If everything you do is in compliance then you are in the same boat as the rest of us here and it should be ok.. Sometimes it comes down to the " suck it and see method". You have been given information, directed to index etc: Now you have to do your part. remember to post before and after photos'.
