What to redo drive in?

agree. if you want a sale as the buyer will try to knock a few grand off the asking price anyway

save your money dbplaya drives are not the big seller some would have us believe
the main thing is that the kitchen and bathroom look good. and the place is tidy and all the electrical and gas work has the correct paperwork
as cliff says jet wash and repoint, maybe rehang or paint the gates
when selling always try and put yourself in the buyers shoes
drives are nice but at this level its not going to recoup its cost
once you get up to 250k plus then a drive becomes a viable selling feature
