Macs have it built in called time machine very cool little app :) but always have two backups as one of my segate 1tb drives as gone tits up. Got last 12 years of digital pics on it :(. No one keeps pron on computers these days with sites like youpron and red tube etc. Used to be my favourite hobby going through everyones files and finding all the pron and leaving a little note in stead of the files something like your.porn.has.been.removed.by.itops.Munich.avi hehe

Not sure about Pc backing up but xmarks saves automatically any new bookmarks/favorites you add, even sites you frequent often I think

I've done that too, found some rather saucy pics of my mates wife in a rather compromising position with a completely random bloke!

Turns out they're swingers! :p

I have a NAS drive, which is attached to my router elsewhere in the house. It has a 1Tb capacity and came with a nifty back-up programme by the name of Memeo.

I created what's called a 'back-up plan', which is basically a list of any files and/or folders that I want to back up, and then, while I'm asleep each night, the Memeo elves make copies of all the files and folders that have been added to or been changed since the previous night. I don't need to do a thing unless I want to add or subtract to the 'back-up list'.

By having the NAS drive physically separated from my main pc set-up, the theory is that if owt catastrophic was to happen to my office, the NAS would be OK and vice versa, so I wouldn't lose my work.
