don't do it, the temperature is too cold
I have just finished a driveway and had Hessian covering the pointing i did 5 days ago down one side of the driveway filling in between the existing concrete edgings and the wall and on the opposite side of the drive covering the haunching holding the new tegula kerbs in place
I was extra careful and kept it all covered for the last week and over the weekend the frost has blown most of it.....grrrrr

I`m working on quite a large job at the moment that should have been easily completed before christmas but with this cold snap set to last a while yet, the job may over run into the new year, does anyone know how I stand with the Vat
situation, as I have quoted the job at 17.5% and the client was of the understanding that the work would be complete before the Vat increase
