hi there. 1st time on this, just a quick one - i,m block paving a back garden. on 1 side the blocks will be against a wall. on other side will be against gravel boards of the fence, so can i lay the borders on just sand, a dry sand and cement mix or on a concrete bed. just wondered as its not gonna be used by vehicles, just people. cheers

the wall side will be fine,
if the gravel board is timber then better to put your own edging in as at some point it will need replacing
