I've got to "fill" 60 linear metres of expansion joint in a warehouse situation after an environmental risk assessment. It is a powerfloated concrete floor finish with what looks like saw cut expansion joints, they are so uniform I can't see any other way it has been done.
Anyway, the joints are no wider than 6mm at the most - do you chaps have any reccomendations as to a suitable product to use to fill this gap? It would have to be impervious to oils & fluids.
Many thanks in advance
Expansion joint filling

uniseal 280 looks something like you are looking for, you could adapt one of those spray line wheeled holders to take a mastic gun and then just walk along gunning it in without having to bend down.
one on these on it, remove the trigger and wire it up on the handle job done.
cant find one on net so btw this is my copyright haha dragons den here we come lol
