Romex seal - Where to buy

Hi after reading the paving experts advice, i have decided to seal my patio with his recommendation of Romex Seal (low Sheen) for my Stoneflair, Banburgh mill fag stones.
Is there any opion that this is the wrong decision if not where can i purchase this or if they are any better suggestions what are they and where can i purchase those from.

I got my Rompox Easy from LSD (Landscaping Supplies Direct) online, funny name but I didnt forget it! There price seems to be the cheapest I found and the delivery was next day for under 5 quid.

That's the jointing compound not the sealant, but they should stock the sealant as well

Will this sealant help with the removal of oil stains from cars if they were to leak onto my block paved driveway, and what are the other main benefits to sealing your flags / blocks

Debs it's too late in the year to seal paving the sealant needs warm dry weather to cure properly otherwise it could ruin your paving. I've not heard of romex sealant but there other products are top notch so it should be ok. Expect to pay up to £20 a ltr for good quallity sealant and avoid the cheap stuff like the plague.
Jonsey sealant will not aid oil stains in fact the stains will probably repel it so you either need to flip/replace the block or try an oil stain remover first. There's plenty of them on the market try your local paving supplier or ebay. The benefits of sealant are maily ease of cleaning/ better colour retention and some folk like the look of it while others hate it. I personally think a well sealed driveway or patio looks excellant but it does depend on the paving as it can look odd on certain finishes.

Pablo i was asking as i am in the middle of having a new block paved driveway installed, i wanted to know if sealing the path will keep oil and diesel spills from absorbing into the blocks ans staining them permanently

It's not foolproof but yes the sealant will help.

Now if you're a professional doing a job for a client then you won't want any callbacks but is there a time when it's more cost effective to buy a cheaper product and reapply it more often.

For example I seem to remember Lithofin Stain Stop being 9 times more expensive than Adseal UltraHD (Advanced Sealing Soloutions)
