hi,apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but i cant find it!To site a new soakaway in my front garden to take the rainwater from two adjoining semis roofs the only place i can put it, to get it 5 metres away from the buildings, is on my boundry edge, next to a pavement and only 2 metres from a road.Would this cause problems in the future with surveys, building regs etc,and if so any ideas as to how to overcome it?
thanks in advance

if thats all the space you got thats all you can do, 5m from building is most important MSH :)

Thanks msh pavingjavascript:emoticon(':)'),was hoping it would be ok,we're on chalky soil so didn't think it would be too much of a problem. :)

good stuff ,anthony is my christian name BTW too
i have done jobs in monks close/jeans way/and katherine drive and it is solid chalk from about 300 down
the best soakaway ground as chalk is porous and very firm
cheers LLL :)
