Hi guys. Does anyone have a spec for the sub base for the Brett Omega Flow blocks or is it the same as Priora and Formpave?

Nothing on their web site

you can use one size no fines sub base and 6 ml grit for bedding. You can use terran below sub base, or if a fin drain, a composite lining.
