Cuprinol stains on slabs

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Hi,
Pl can anyone advise of the easiest way to remove water based Cuprinol fence preserver which has been allowed to dry from pcc slabs.

Hi,
I can't get a pic until I return to my friends garden but the marks are basically splashes from whoever has painted the fence. The splashes can be removed with a great deal of elbow grease using detergent and a sponge washing up scourer but is likely to take ages.
