is the air con vented throughout the hose or purely for certain areas.

its in certain areas, the basement bar, cinema, gym, hot tub, then the top floor master suite, bedroom bath and dressing room its a big old unit 6kva house is on 3 phase to cope with its power demands

we've got about 30 acres of land, about 5 of it is woodland so we are carbon neutral :) how about you chugging around it that big cabstar ;)

the house is triple glazed, super insulated, and run by a house management system to control it all, i think the aircon is actually quiet efficient compared to standard heating system. house is all underfloor apart from top floor and thermostats in every room so its all controllable.

the easyest/ cheapest option was to get a skip (10 yard filled to the brim) £215 but they do recycle it :) it needed so much cut off cos it hadnt been done in 18 months ??? and as the practice manager said " well ive noticed i cant see short people anymore when i go out of the car park ! :O

im hopeing to get the regular contract for this now :)
