Hi, can anyone help me identify this block? I need to find some more in order to patch in a few small areas of paving. Unfortunately there is no prize on offer, only the kudos of knowing more about it than me!
It's very similar to block by Tobermore called Toberloc. It's a civils block and not in the domestic brochure or website. A lot of these blocks are patents owned by American Firms and are manufactured by various companies over here under licence so they have the same dimensions but different colours. Even if it's not Tobermore it could be an exact match.
Scrub that I'm talking B#llocks the Toberloc is an L shaped block now. I laid a block like this from Tobermore about 5 years ago but they must have stopped production of it. Sorry for the bum steer.
Just to ad my 2 penny worth, been looking in a RMC Readypave book from a few yars ago before cemex took them over, that block shape is called Uni-block, they was made in 60mm and 80mm size ,looks like made to order, maybe a phone call to the unhelpfull cemex paving dpt might help you mainly used in industrial and commercial applications MSH
i did a fair few in uni decor, the lollipop shaped ones but for some reason all the shaped ones fell out of fashion about 10 years ago
the mighty tegula swept all before it :;):
