we had the same problem with the air filter cover and had new tank fitted under warranty, its just been little bits and pieces with ours but seems to be ok now, fantastic machine! some sites we go on they use husqvarna ones, rolls royce - reliant robin springs to mind!

I'd like a TS450 with the bigger blade to enable to enable me to cut full kerbs without tossing them over to achieve a full cut!

weve got the partner k1200 rail saw they call it, double the size of a normal saw takes a 450mm blade i think, heavy but like you say full kerbs no problem
