Ts 410

I am now the proud owner of a stihl ts 410 saw as i replaced my old ts 400 today, realy nice tool.

can i be part of the ts 410 gang now ha ha

anyone wanna buy a ts 400 it will be fully serviced before i let it go by a stihl dealer

now you have both try using the 410 and then kick the 400 up and you tell me which one is the best

ahh the 410 is miles better, uncomparable realy the 400 sounds like a bag of spanners compared to the new one. hurt me pocket though

ye we started them both up together and the 400 rotated round in circles and wandered off :p

and i bet the 410 hardly moved 2 millimeters and the 400 had done 2 full circles

£450 is not bad, I paid £425+vat

both my 400 still run perfect due to only me and me alone mixing and fuelling them,i hear what you say about vibration though and when the time comes i will be in for a 410

the ts 410 was only introduced to address h&s vibration issues,but is in fact an inferior machine to the model it replaces. just ask the guys who service/repair stihl saws for their view on which model is best.

we're running both the 400 and the 410 and our 410 has been back to the shop that many times for bits and pieces, still prefer it to the 400 though

I had an issue with the 410 not being able to remove the screws what hold the air filter cover, the nut that the screw goes into is part of the fuel tank and I had one saw have a new tank fitted due to this problem, it was fitted free as its a manufacture problem what Stihl are aware of

I cant see how you can say its an inferior machine bobbi when its got a lot of additional features compared to the TS400, the guys who service my saws call them too but you try using a TS400 saw all day or a TS410 and tell me what gives less fatigue, the TS410 wins easily...in my opinion of course
