Hey all,

I am going to try and install a new drainage channel along my driveway. it will sit just in front of the garage doors, as the driveway slopes slightly this way.

The existing one will need to be dug out and replaced due to damage when a new garage door was fitted(Door clipped leading edge of the gully)

Anyway with the arco system they have this sump that attaches to the bottom of the channel, via a little connector.
The sump is approx £25 eg http://www.bcprofiles.co.uk/ACO-Hex....12.html

Can i use one of these instad and save quite a lot of cash? eg http://www.drainageonline.co.uk/110mm-D....5dg.htm

I am basically trying to get away with as little expense as possible combinded with easy installation.

Many thanks for your help

David

no
the second item is an oblique 3 way connector
2 pipes come in and 1 goes out
you need what the first item is,a trapped gully
