please tell me what is the difference between easypoint jointing compound or using normal sand and cement 3 to 1 mix. can you still use it if it going to rain and is it frost proof. we just got finished pointing today,then it lashed it down. all our hard work knackered.

If you uses GTfK or romex they are unaffected by rain,
easipoint is designed to be used in a pointing gun,usually gone hard in couple of hours, I used instamac gun last week in sun and was hard in 30 mins,normal 3/1 mix is not ideal to gun point, may be a idea to have a big sheet or keep close eye on weather, the polymeric compounds are unaffected by weather MSH :)
