Looking for some advice on normal concrete slabs 600x600x50.

Quite a few houses around me have had paths put down using these and I was going to do the same.

I've noticed that some of the slabs have dark patches on them and don't look the same shade throughout although they are brand new.

Is this normal for these types of slabs. Do they weather over time and look the same or will the patches remain as they don't look that good.

Cheers

They'll weather to a uniform colour overtime. Sometimes if they're spot bedded then the voids can show up as darker area's so best lay them on a full bed.
Can't see it from my house

Thanks to all who replied.

Looked up Gumtree but must confess I asked on this forum because, having been ripped off once, I wanted somebody reliable.

I WOULD be sure of somebody reliable on this forum. Wouldn't I?

you would be if somebody lived in a 25 mile radius of SE london
we only do 25 mile radius of luton due to exponential costs when travelling farther *my pick up costs 30p a mile to run on diesel alone*
personal recommendation is the best way mate
