can some kindly point me in the right direction for info on resin bound gravel info as I am not convinced that 10mm think resin bound gravel on MOT type 1 will support any weight at all let alone a family salon car

the only info I have seen is on this site
http://www.pavingexpert.com/resin.htm
http://www.pavingexpert.com/resin04.htm

but nothing is mentioned about being able to lay it on top of hardcore in fact it say the opposite and must have a decent sub base of either concrete or tarmac

we are not having resin i, et al dont like it,

its down to a nice prestige block or sets see what the valuations come in at looking at +20% for sets

sets are our preference but it is a business at the end of the day

i think next door looks tired, it was a dull wet day to be fair

Its's got to be on a firm base, IE concrete, or tarmac. Type one is only a sub base, albeit a very good sub base. The info' is out there if you look ???

it is in the countryside Luton as I am lead to believe its to hear anyone walking towards the property and the crunching of gravel under their feet

if i was ever in that position to own a million plus property then the 15' high poles with motion camera's activating the machine guns backed up with rockweilers would work better for me as they walk down my new block paving driveway...but hey we're all different :D

gravel stabilised with grids is an option but i was always told dont have a gravel drive unless you have a man to rake it everyday.

had to follow a very strict boundary, all measured off surrounding buildings and existing trees etc was a right pain.

they're really funny dutch bricks really light and porus with a sandy finish, break really easy

just dropped a ball though built the 2 brick gate pillars as per drawing, 3 bricks columns upto 2 metres went to add the band course and the cappings and they have been built to 2.5 bricks. its all embosed with the house name as well and they wanted 4 weeks to re make. so brickies had to knock them down and rebuild them.

its provisionally sold should have exchanged on friday but there was a problem with the massive solicitors (some Lord's practice) in London getting the money from coutts & co,

with stamp duty you wouldn;t get much change out of £2m

we've just picked up a £1.3m build rd the corner, the guy has sacked his original builder and wants us to take over. 5 bed, 5 bath, 4 car garage, pool, etc thinks its 5000 sq feet, should be 15 months of work.
