Hi
The building regs dictate a minimum of 5m for a soakaway from any building or road -

Do they mean the actual road kerb or the pavement?

Thanks

Richard

the pavement richard
however in the real world this is not always possible
most terraced house have box section running across the pavement that discharges rainwater into the road
speak to your BCO they can be helpful if you approach them the right way
