i have just started to lay granite slabs and am getting what look like wet patches, i have now been told i should be using white cement, as granite is pourous and its seaping through from underneath can anyone advise please?

we lay granite all the time at work .we never use white cement

we lay it on sand and cement through a mixer with a touch of water ..chef cookie has given you the recipe on his reply above :)
