Off the top of my head somewhere in the £1700 region plus vat - it depends upon access etc etc

Only other (better) option is to rip up the concrete and start afresh - but that isn't always possible.

Ripping up the concrete is not an option as this would be a nightmare to do but thanks for the advice.

As for the estimated price I also thought it was a little high as it works out at approx £50 per square metre. Im in North Staffs, (Stoke on Trent) if that makes a difference.

5m2 area to excavate reduce level load and cart arisings, install 150-200mm subase, 50mm binder, sweep, tack, regulate and then overlay with a decent thickness to get a decent finish on concrete - it all adds up!
