I am currently building a driveway which has a small ramp that goes on to the bulk of the driveway. We are paving both ramp and drive but need to know if there is a specific way of tackling the transition from ramp to flat. I am currently putting in sa soldier course and cutting end of bricks on top (flat) at an angle to sit fluch against those on the ramp. Will this suffice or am I heading for disaster?

It's going to have a VW transporter up and down it daily.

Cheers

Are you paving flush from a doorway for the ramp. And is the ramp joining into the main area of the drive.
