Hi,
Please could someone give me a rough estimate for the price I would be looking to pay for 80 metres of path to be laid. It will be 900x600mm (25-35mm thick) sandstone flags all laid in a row with minimal cutting. I have already laid all the MOT and compacted it and all materials are supplied including the flags, sand and cement. So labour only and just the actual laying of the flags.
I know it is not possible to give a precise price, but if someone could suggest a rough estimate in the south-east it would be much appreciated.
Cheers

a straight path should be quicker than a normal patio,so i would say around a tenner a metre
you would do the paving in 2 days with 2 blokes and maybe even point as you go
however this is all depending on MOT falls etc and the ubiquitous access
also in that amount of flags there are likely to be some you dont want to use ramsey
