Picket fencing - how do you erect aroun a curve

Hi again,
I need to erect a picket fence to keep our blood thirsty lurcher in.
The fence needs to follow the curve on my driveway.
It would be much easier to go across in a straight line but the law according to sod says that is exactly where I put the land drain in.
My question is:- is there an easy way of attaching 2 sections of fence to a post at an angle of less than 90 degrees?
ps came home tonight and found the ants are back for the third time. They don't seem to get the message.

You can use Keybond to 'fix' the ants.

My posts are of the wooden variety and are 75mm square. The picket fence is 1200mm high x 1825mm long.
Going back to my idea of going across in a straight line, I bored a hole last night to see how deep the drain is, and I hit the top of it at 560mm.
As it falls from this point do you think I might get away with putting the posts over it?

You might just have sufficient depth for the posts - 525mm is the usuall 'recommended' post depth for 1500-1800mm high posts, but it all depends on just how firm is the ground.

When it comes to fastening the panels/rails to the posts, the timber of the posts can be rebated to accept the rails as necessary. It's difficult to explain without being there, but I'll see if I can knock up a 3D illustration. Failing that, I will be down your way w/c July 26th and I might be able to drop by.

I've cut two 22mm rebates out of the posts, which is the thickness of the rails and managed to get 6 panels erected so far. As I didn't hit the pea shingle from the land drain, I must have missed it completely.

I know sod all about fencing other than, from experience, blood thirsty lurchers can easily clear a 6' fence, and with a bit of a run-up, 8' is no problem either.

Personally I was really impressed. My neighbour's cat, however, less so.
