Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

pressure washed then next day when looked dry sealed with 2 coats acrylic patio sealer from smartseal. 2-3 days later white milky stains started appearing. Sprayed with xylene and scrubbed several times but stains reappear. Any advise.

Would post picks but 1st timer and dont know how.

Thanks for the link mikey, but its not happenin.
Got more chance of explaining the offside rule to the wife
than doin anything technical on a computor.


Spoke to Extensive who advise moisture reacted with sealant
to cause marks and only action to remove sealer (great).
Extensive advise possibly 'wax off' if not 'stain away' to whole area (80 sm), not possible to spot treat stains as surrounding area probably be affected by treatment. Before I go down this expensive/time consuming route, anybody and tips/advise on removing acrylic sealant.
Any help appreciated.

Yeah just lay new paving.... Na i would imagine you would need a hot power wash on it. Rodger is the one that can give you good advice on this
