Hi everyone, great site, probably the best builders forum ive seen. Some advice would be appreciated on a job I am working on at the moment. I'm brickwork based but I do the occasional patio etc.
If I am charging £30 m2 (labour only)to lay a tumbled paver, what would a comparison rate be to lay a 4 size callibrated indian sandstone per m2.
Also,any ideas on a price per linear metre to lay 100mm x 100mm x 50mm sets around the edges of a lawn, there's nearly 300 metres.(West Midlands)

Not in the trade myself but this might give you an idea of the going rate for Indian Sandstone.

Some slight variations according to where you live but as LLL has said £20 sq/m for labour only to lay the flags. Rising to approx £100 sq/m for the 'Full Monty' supply and fit job including the sub grade, sub base.
