shipping to UK would be the hard bit, i buy stuff from USA through a friend or 2 i have so they mark the customs form to a lesser value so it stays in the limits
most big companys only what to ship to the lower 48 states,due to couriers and delivery,
might be worth a try to contact them and ask the question

Just looked at the base rake,B+Q wharehouseused to stock them virtually the same,I have used similar but found a rake is just a good MSH

yeah it is Bob, the video relating to the use of them is making a lot of fuss about nothing when all you need to do is learn how to pull a string line tight, wrap it round a steel road pin and pull a loop through the line to hold it in place
get some masking tape or insulation tape and wrap a piece under the line as a marker in case the line has to be removed

I have just done that over my allotment sunday planting swedes,parsnips,and carrots
2 450mm lengths of rebar hammered in 350mm then string half-hitched and tightened over the 2 bars
this string is then left till the plants show therefore eliminating the very normal practise (for me anyway) of weeding your vegtables
