what qualifications a page 3 girl and used car salesman have to quantify building works makes no sense,
but lots of double entendres and close ups of melinda's derriere
make the remedial builders a happy crew :;):
she can do a shift for me ,ripping down ceilings any day

having watched the whole thing I am in 2 minds
to me larkin looks more like a man out of his depth than an out and out robber, but i dont know him.
these programmes only make good tv if they show a totally lop sided view,
mind you it makes my blood boil when i see sparkies drill and blow the face off a brick like that

sparkies or alarm/security or even plumbers why do they blow half a brick out, we've had a our brickie today going round repairing all the blown out bricks from all the camera/outside lights sensors etc, he cut out 5 bricks and replaced them today so annoying, just pilot them first then drill from the outside in.

rab: my dad always says promises little deliver lots.

re programmes saw a trailer for the landscape man on channel 4 thursday at 8 looks ok some nice landscaping and bit of digger p0rn on trailer, i'll be watching it.

the times i have said to them 7mm pilot then drill out to in with your 15mm drill
its like talking to a brick wall
i asked a plumber to core a vent for a tumble drier the other day, anyway next thing i look and there's 6 bricks and a block missing??
what happened there?
"oh the corer was a bit blunt so i used a hammer and bolster, its only a few bricks "
i reckon a tooth a brick is a fair trade off

i reckon never using him again is fair trade off, if he hasn't got proper tools or the inclination to do it right dont have him on site.

i had to core a 50mm hole through a 450 thick wall the other day took an hour to do it, but better than going at it with a chisel etc. 20 newton block laid flat, c35 with b mesh and facing brick. good job i had the hilti core drill on the job with wet cutting. its funny when you see lads trying to core with it on hammer haha

our plumber is neat and tidy

I get the p** taken out of me, cos I appear to be a bit slow - to me the detail is real important. As you've all said. :)
ps - nice pipework....
