Property maintenance

Was looking through some local papers and local web pages only to see a huge increase in these Property Maintenance guys and Handymen advertising Plumbing, Decorating, Electrical and now adding Driveways, Patios... Some even say we do any job.... The prices they go in at seem impossible to compete with...

thats because they are mainly "C U Next Tuesday" types
not all property maintenance companies are rubbish
pimlico plumbers are very good,but they charge this much but i hear are the dogs nuts at what they do
you get what you pay for
