Foul and surface water, private drains and public sewers, land drains and soakaways, filter drains and any other ways of getting rid of water.

eventually i will be replacing a path with block paving.i can achieve a finished level 150mm below my dpc on my house wall,but i have 150mm airbricks under the dpc line.will this be ok or must i lower the path even more-heck of a lot more work involved.

If the bottom of the airbrick is level with the finished paving then water will run into the airbrick and make the subfloor void damp.
You can put some raised blocks in a square around the airbrick to shed the water, or make the paving drain away from the airbrick.
