Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Does any one have some advise. I need a water permeable mortar it's for fixing 30mm granite on mesh mats.

why would it need to be permeable ?
granite although permeable,
is at the lower end of permeability

If this is the same 30mm meshed granite you will need to set on a very strong bedding and use a strong mortar for joint filling if you want this to last
