I have a patio and lawn for a customer that has 2 drains in the lawn and 1 slap bang in the patio which will be a circle kit.
i have found some on drainage online at reasonable prices but is what im wondering is the fitment of them?
I have read the main page and it kind of makes sense but if i get the same size as what is already there it should be a case of remove and replace straight swap almost?
Dont really want to get involved in brickwork and the likes inside

Drainage online? And what happens when you realise, mid-installation when the whole garden is criss-crossed with trenches, and you realise you need a couple of extra bends?
Not sure about the rest of the post and I can't make the connection between drainage and "brickwork inside".

Hard to understand what you are asking. Are you replacing an existing lawn and a patio.
Two drains in the lawn. Do you mean there are two access covers or ic's placed in the lawn. Same would apply for the patio which your indicating is a brick built m/h
You should have inspected them, measured internal dimensions and then order lids to suit. It may very well be a swap over but you should check dims before any online ordering.

There's not always time etc to lift monhole covers on every site visit/quotation - we've been caught recently to rebuild 2 x 450x600 chambers after we dug off a drive. A simple lift/inspect would have alerted us to the potential problem..........oh well.
Agreed - if you can, pop the covers and have a quick looksee inside....time and effort well spent.

maybe not explained it clearly,
the customer has 2 450x450 standard drains in the lawn and a smaller possibly 300 round drain in the patio.
I am looking to replace them with the recess covers/frames and just wondered what they sit on?
From what i know they are built up on brick walls so if i cannot ind the same saze they would need rebuilding?
Also what to do with the round one?

won't need rebuilding just for a cover. You may need to reduce, or make up the top course of bricks. How thick is the existing cover? Round one, simply change it for a square one. You will maybe have to dig around it to get new cover to fit. The round one should be fowl so will have a sealed top, leave that in place, if possible.

If you are unable to move the radius then your only solution is to use a recessed tray. You will have to lay the radius as normal and work the tiles in with the tray but that really depends what the area is outside the radius. If you are laying more tiles around your radius pattern then it should look ok. You will see the rim of the tray as you know.. Have you got a pic you can show
