Hi

I recieved a brochure today for driveway and patio sealers from a company called kingfisher builbing products Ltd. They have some sealer called k-seal total, I was just wanting to know if anyone has heard of this product or used this.

I know a few contractors and at least one distributor that think very highly of K-Seal. There's little doubt that it does what it says on the container, but for me, it looks waxy when applied to CBPs and I really don't like it on natural stone. These are purely personal considerations - I'm sure there are plenty of contractors and customers who think it looks great.

Get yourself a sample and try it out on some spare paving.

Sealant must be applied to bone dry clean paving. It must also be done on a warm day when there is no chance of rain. It's best not to apply it to brand new paving as there is a chance of efflorence and the sealant will stop it disapating. If the paving is being installed now then wait till june to seal it.
Can't see it from my house
